We contacted couple of agents before Kim was referred to us. Kim is understanding, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, all qualities that as a buyer one would hope to get. She represented us very well during offer period and helped get us the best possible price as well as getting some findings closed during conditional offer closure... She was very patient with us and our precise requirements around the direction & positioning of the entrance, rooms, bathrooms, it was difficult for us to find one very quickly. Kim has sold two homes for us. One unit in Toronto which she was helpful in getting the highest price for a unit of that size in the building EVER. She has a keen eye for detail, and was able to prepare the condo to make sure it was perfect to bring to market. I almost wanted to move back in it looked so good after she was done. She has excellent contacts and connections to help with any minor jobs that need to get done, and she physically gets in there and does a lot of work herself to ensure the place is immaculate. I was so impressed. Kim then worked with us to sell our Townhouse. In a time where the market was volatile, she managed to get us a bidding war which maximized the price again. We could not be happier with Kim's work. I now count her as a friend, and will be using her in the future should we move again! Thank you Kim!
