Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming. I do things a little differently because I want to take the stress out of the process.

I make sure Buyers are prepared for any scenario we may encounter. Using a detailed wish list for their home, I only show them houses that are a real possibility. From negotiating the best deal to getting financing in place, I handle as many of the details as I can.

When selling a home, my top priority is honest communication. I ensure Sellers know why I am recommending a price point, what I do to market the home, and how I will negotiate the best possible deal. Not known for sugar coating things, I tell Sellers if there are areas where improvements could help the home to sell faster or for more money.

My clients like working together because our relationship doesn’t end once the sold sign is up! Many of my clients have become good friends and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
