From start to finish Kim really took care of us. She's professional, knowledgeable, prompt and yet very down to earth- easy to talk to. She made the process of buying a home incredibly smooth and she was there for us each step of the way. She's saved us time and money. I was lucky Kim answered my inquiry on Zillow about a home for sale in Logan, OH. This contact led to me reaching back out to her a month later to view homes in Lancaster, OH. Major life change for me selling my home of 29 years in Hilliard, OH to "empty nest" somewhere closer to Hocking Hills State Park. A lot of stress and frayed nerves on my end trying to juggle such a huge challenge, sell and buy as seamless as possible and quickly as I knew I'd get cold feet if I didn't just jump in the deep end and do it!
