Kristen marketed our home very well. She promptly set up open house showings for local realtors and for the public. Kristen worked with us well for coordinating private showings. Kristen provided good advice for preparing for showings. Kristen worked with the buyers realtor to allow us additional time after closing due to problems with our movers schedule. We had to relocate out of state prior to our movers loading up our belongings. After closing, Kristen went above and beyond helping us with coordinating with our movers. Kristen helped by taking several items to local charities and helped with final cleanup of our home. After we relocated my wife and I both became ill. This prevented me from being able to travel back to Washington to coordinate with the movers and perform the final cleanup of the home. Kristen stepped up and took care of things for us. I know what Kristen did for us is not the norm. But Kristen did what she felt was right to make sure we were taken care of.
