My parents moved here in 1919. I've been in real estate since 1975, originally working for a large mortgage banking company in their corporate headquarters as a VP and manager of their subsidiary.

I started real estate sales in 2004. I am currently a top producer in my office—we have offices in Winthrop, Chelan, Yakima, Goldendale, and Wenatchee. I graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Economics and Military Science, attended Portland State University to major in accounting, and also attended the University of Notre Dame School for Mortgage Banking.

I spent a number of years in the Army and was a Battery Commander in 3/84 FA - Pershing. I handle around 40-50 sales/purchases per year. I'm married and we have one daughter. We also have a rescue dog (part Dachshund). I enjoy gardening, reading, and our beautiful area!

Mr. Cornell assisted in the sale of our mountain lodge atop Olalla Canyon. He presented himself and his skill sets admirably and in our estimation checked all of our boxes and we selected him from a group of 5 we interviewed,

We held our breath to see if he walked the walk or just talked the talk. From the get go Mr. Cornell went at listing and showing our place like we've never seen.

His cyber skills/internet stuff really helped showcase our place.

On one of his showings of a house in our neighborhood, he brought a buyer by our place as it was only 4 miles from ours. She returned six times and we exchanged a myrid of emails with her about the log lodge and acreage. She ended up offering much more than we listed for and we were happy. We loved the place but it was time to move on.

Mr. Cornell followed up with the details of a real estate sale like the pro he represented he was. The deal was cash and we were amazed how quickly we had $$ in the bank.

I have known Perrin since 1975 or 76. When wse moved to Wenatchee I called him to help us find a home. One of the homes we were interested in was a FSBO. We were not sure how to proceed. Perrin called the seller, arranged for a showing and negotiated his commission with the owner. BUtT the best part we bought the home with his help!!
