This is our SECOND home buying experience with Kristi and her team. We cannot say enough about the outstanding drive and stellar service she provides. Kristi is nothing short of impressive in the expedient way she responds to our questions and or concerns. Where do I start? Kristi was our eyes in Florida; we were not able to come down, so Kristi discussed our wants/needs in a vacation home & areas we were interested in. She was relentless in searching, FaceTime-touring, looking at details, showing us pros/cons of each house or condo to find us the perfect place. She kept us informed every step of the way. During the purchasing process, Kristi kept us organized with all the paperwork & emails from the title company, rental management company, HOA office, insurance, etc. so that we got everything done without a hitch! The whole process was very involved, but Kristi worked tirelessly & took care of us as if we were her family. Her personalized service was incredible! We often felt guilty because she really put in a LOT of time on our behalf. If we buy another unit/house, we will definitely be using Kristi! She is the BEST & goes above and beyond!! I cannot say enough positive things about working with Kristi throughout the process of purchasing my property. As a first time buyer, it was slightly intimidating, as there were a lot of unknowns.
