The selling and buying at the same time was every stressful and at times I almost gave up,but this Lee's understanding and encouragement we got through the process. Most important we came together as a team to make through the closing process.

Lee is absolutely a top notch Realtor. I have already referred two families to him and you can bet there will be more! I wish all real estate sales people were like him! I am a first-time home buyer. I really enjoyed working with Lee. Lee is referred by a friend of mine. Lee is sincere and professional. In about three months, I bought a dream house that I can afford. Thank Lee for stopping me from buying a poor condition home (honestly, from the surface, all homes looked great to me). We had a great experience when buying our first house with Lee! Before we contacted him we were very apprehensive about all the terms and costs of a home purchase, and he made sure we went through the whole process smoothly. He explained all the steps, and after several home visits until we decide for our home, he recommended us his best contacts from the bank until the lawyer, home inspection, and everything else. He also made easy on us the negotiation of our places's price, and made sure we could move on at any time if we wanted to. His experience with Georgia and South Carolina markets is evident and we highly recommend his services.

Lee made finding a house so easy, he was never pushy and genuinely wanted me to make a good investment.
