As first-time home buyers, Les took the time to explain the process each step of the way and make sure we understood what was being presented to us. He came to all showings and answered questions at all hours of the day - sometimes even late at night. He understood our needs with having a young child and was flexible at each step. When we were ready to put in an offer in September 2025, he was ready to advocate for our needs and wants with the seller’s representation. We had a situation in which we needed a secondary inspection and Les was able to get this inspection approved by seller’s team and was happy to attend this inspection and act as a huge support to us. In addition, we wanted the seller to buyout some HVAC equipment and Les worked hard to negotiate this buyout for us. We are beyond grateful for the representation provided by Les. He is honest, caring, and so empathic to the emotion tied to buying a home. I would recommend Les to anyone buying or selling who wants a realtor
