We met Lila Keim when we were looking up places on Amelia Is to buy. She contacted us and from that moment on we felt we had found someone who understood our needs and was always looking for possible potential sales. We finally decided that it might be better to find some land where we would prefer to live and go ahead and build a new home---eliminating the problems that a renovation might incur. We had been working with Lila for almost a year looking for a potential home for us and then looking at property. living in Savannah thankfully it was only a two hour trip and we have made many trips to try to find the right place. we are fully satisfied with our final purchase. we could not have asked for a more professional individual who has a warm and pleasing personna
