September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $450,000—up 1.48% over the previous 12 months. Yulee had 22 new listings and 17 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 79—down 7.06% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 79 active listings, 27.85% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Yulee grew 3.19% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $388,450. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
