“Working with Tammy and Marc Tingle was a great experience from start to finish. They are truly plugged into the Amelia Island real estate market, and the results were immediate—we had a strong offer within just two days of listing. Their strategic approach, deep market knowledge, and command of pricing dynamics were fantastic. Just as importantly, Tammy and Marc are wonderful people—professional, warm, and a genuine pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.”

“Lila is a gem. When mu husband and I bought the 55530 house originally (for sale by owner), she represented us. Discovering her by a random search on the internet, we found a treasure. She has an authenticity and kindness that brought us back to her when we decided to sell that same house 5 years later. During those 5 years, she continued to check in with us via texts, cards, and an occasional visit...which we always welcomed. She became a friendly face that we trusted in a business that sometimes makes the word "trust" suspicious. We knew she had our backs, and she did. Today, we call Lila both an excellent, seasoned real estate agent and a Friend. If you are looking to buy or to sell a house, we highly recommend Lila Keim.”

“Larry is by far the most AMAZING Realtor. He was always very responsive to my calls, texts, request, etc. We built up such a great relationship through this crazy process, that even after we closed on our new home, he reached out to check on us. He is always looking to get the best deal for his clients. He is like family now to us and will always have his own seat next to the firepit in our backyard. I would DEFINETLY recommend Larry to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell. AMAZING.. Can't say enough Great things about Larry.”
