My wife Judi and I flew into town in early February with the plan of getting to know Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. Lila Keim had responded to an inquiry that I submitted the previous week. She was able to set up 7 appointments on short notice and she took us to all 7 on the same day. In between houses, she provided us a market commentary on the vrious neighborhoods as well as the retail markets. We expressed interest in the first house we toured. We submitted our initial bid on the property we acquired about 10 days after our house tour. Lila was very responsive in getting us support documentation including HOA info, a floor plan, an existing survey among others. She also referred us to a local mortgage officer at Region's Bank who was able to get us a prequal letter in one day. Lila Keim continued to follow up on all items right through the closing at the title company. She has continued to be a resource for any local market questions we have..

Lila is a gem. When mu husband and I bought the 55530 house originally (for sale by owner), she represented us. Discovering her by a random search on the internet, we found a treasure. She has an authenticity and kindness that brought us back to her when we decided to sell that same house 5 years later. During those 5 years, she continued to check in with us via texts, cards, and an occasional visit...which we always welcomed. She became a friendly face that we trusted in a business that sometimes makes the word "trust" suspicious. We knew she had our backs, and she did.
