I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Perry Smith on the estate sale of my borther's property in Dingmans Ferry PA. She was so easy to work with and very knowledgable of my wants. Every question was answered and she was very accessible at all times, From sale to closing it took about one month!. I would definately reccommend her and would use her again if need be.

Lisa was amazing throughout the process of finding a home. My wife and I were relocating from Long Island NY so when visiting PA, she would ensure to have homes lined up for us. An entire day of house hunting should have been exhausting for anyone but Lisa was full of energy and prepared was to keep going. As winter approached we thought of putting the search on hold but Lisa ensured we saw homes. On a few occasions she went out on her own during freezing cold weather and face timed us with the tour of homes we requested to see.You could tell she loves what she does bc we could tell it was freezing but she was smiling and joking with us! She such a professional and at the same time it felt like we were meeting up with a family/friend to see homes. There was never any pressure,was full of knowledge,person centered and would always follow up! We highly recommend Lisa if you are in the market. We love our home. Great job Lisa!
