“This was an estate sale. My mother-in-law passed away and her condo was now for sale. Lorie met us the day after we spoke on the phone and suggested that we stage the condo. The next day the stager was there to look around and by the next week the home was ready for sale. The condo sold for MUCH more than the appraised value (the price appraised at the time of my mother-in-law's passing).
