First off we were selling our house from Florida 1200 miles away. Second this was the home we grew up. Lori was knowledgeable and confident coming into the sale. She did the research of the area and gave us a realistic expectation of our property being 50years old. She took care of all the repairs and even got the mail forwarded when the post office messed up. She also helped scheduling around the estate sale which was very stressful in itself. Really we just let Lori do the work and it made it pretty stress free. Lori was fantastic to work with and has a pretty good personality to boot. I would give her a 5 star rating.

Lorie Nail was my agent for the house purchase in 2011 and for the sale in 2020. She knows Guthrie and the surrounding area very well. Her original recommended list price (which I asked her to increase slightly) was less than 1% above the sale price. It was a house for which finding comps was difficult but she assessed the market perfectly. She has always been a total joy to deal with, and helped immensely with suggestions about staging the house, being there in my place for requested last minute repairs, and watching over it while it was empty. I would recommend her again to anyone house hunting in the Logan County and north Oklahoma County areas.
