My husband and I have bought and sold 7 homes over the years and Madalyn has been the best realtor we have worked with. From day one she was on top of details and priced our home according to the market. We were extremely pleased with the sale price of our home. She paid attention to detail to ensure the home looked ready to show. (She even backed her vehicle up to the house so she could reach and remove a tiny tree growing in a gutter 😂)
She responded quickly every time I asked a question (which seemed to be a lot). Our sale was a bit more complicated as a trust was involved, but she made sure this was addressed early on.

The property that I sold with Maddie, when I bought it, she was the selling agent as well at that time, my buying agent did a horrible job, he put me through a lot. As a selling agent, Maddie was not supposed to put efforts with buying, but still she went above and beyond and help me closing the deal. And now when I was selling, I thought of her and I used her as my agent. She found a buyer in one week and got me higher than asking price. The deal went extremely smooth. I can recommend her any time any day.
