Manca was able to find us a house that really ticked all the boxes! Upon choosing, my husband and I had to temporarily leave the country and Manca dealt with every aspect of closing on the property without our presence. She knew the quirks of the town and had patience to help us look when we felt disheartened. Having someone with an intimate knowledge of New Mexico and having moved from overseas was a real plus.
