I have never written a review on Google but Marc really deserves one. He helped me buy my apartment in Île-des-Sœurs. As someone who had just arrived in Canada, I didn’t know much about the area or the laws and was nervous about the purchase. However, from our very first call, Marc was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything. He guided me through the entire process with honesty, transparency, and patience, always being friendly in his responses. We managed to buy the apartment in less than two weeks. He helped us negotiate an excellent price and made sure the whole transaction closed smoothly and cleanly. Marc completely took away the stress and uncertainty and made both me and my family feel safe, supported, and confident throughout the process. He was always very responsive and was consistently available and organized. Whenever we had apartment visits, he came fully prepared with all the relevant information about each property on a sheet of paper. Marc even gave me valuable insights about the real estate market that helped me make the best decision. At first, we didn’t even want to live in Nun’s Island, but thanks to his knowledge, it ended up being the best option for us. I would work with him every single time. I couldn't recommend him more, truly 10/10.

Marc is honestly the best realtor I've dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable, very honest and fair, and has a keen eye for things when doing walk-throughs.
