I worked with MVRod Team on a home purchase; they represented the seller while my wife and I bough the home. The whole transaction went very smoothly. MVRod Team was very friendly and professional the whole time. Escrow was scheduled to close on a Friday, but got delayed over the weekend due to backlog at the County Recorders office.
