Marco, Vanessa and the MvRod Team helped me sell my home. This was my second transaction with Marco and Vanessa. I’ve had the opportunity to be on both sides as a buyer and a seller. Recently when selling my home the team worked very closely to make sure all my request were met. I appreciate that Marco took time to listen to my vision and quickly understood what I needed to accomplish. I will also share that this team is amongst the best when it comes to having great partnerships for home staging and marketing. Nothing is perfect and we had challenges as we navigated through these unprecedented times of 2020. Happy to say that all goals were met and we sold in August of 2020. I worked with MVRod Team on a home purchase; they represented the seller while my wife and I bough the home. The whole transaction went very smoothly. MVRod Team was very friendly and professional the whole time. Escrow was scheduled to close on a Friday, but got delayed over the weekend due to backlog at the County Recorders office. The MVRod Team was flexible and helpful to let us go into the home to begin small repairs. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Well, that takes some special skills and much attention to detail. Fortunately, Marco is well versed in everything virtual. From Zoom meetings to fancy online tours, he got the word out and got the job done. The staging was so impressive that I almost made an offer myself! Never looked so good before. Sold above the listing price in record time.
