Marie did a fantastic job with selling my condominium. She was recommended to me by a friend. On the first time meeting with Marie, she was friendly and knowledgeable about selling the condo. She came with documentation of what others have sold for and she helped me set a starting price. The condo went up for sale and also sold the very same day. We closed in less than two weeks. I would highly recommend Marie since she made this entire process stress-free and kept me up-to-date on plans and changes. I would definitely use Marie again on the future.
