Marissa Haakonson

I live in Sauk Rapids, MN, with my husband, Aaron, and our three children: Carter, Cedar, and Chance. We were both born and raised in the Greater St. Cloud Area—Aaron, a Sauk Rapids native, while I grew up in St. Cloud.

Aaron and I are both small business owners and believe in being involved and giving back to our community. We are an active family, spending much of our time outdoors, doing projects, or going to the family cabin.

Our real estate experience began when we built our first home together in 2016 and turned Aaron's existing home into our first rental property. Shortly after that, we acquired an apartment building, additional rental houses, a commercial property, and a few fixer-uppers!

I have enjoyed learning the process involved with each of our projects and know firsthand that every transaction is unique! I am excited to continue learning while using my experience to support and advocate for others to help them reach their real estate goals!
