Inventory in Foley has thinned out in the latest rolling three-month view, with active listings down about a quarter from a year ago and only 14 homes on the market. New listings have also declined by roughly a quarter year over year, and closed sales are down more than 40 percent. Pending contracts show an even steeper pullback, falling nearly 60 percent from last year, which highlights slower buyer activity.
