“What a Great Experience working with Aaron, Kristi, and their team was. I met them while at a MAYC (senior center in Blaine) seminar they were co-hosting regarding the ins and outs of "as is," "investor," or "traditional real estate agent" selling of your home. I was interested in "as is" but had concerns of certain aspects of this. I learned a lot at the seminar so set up a meeting to discuss my long range desire to sell my home. I had recently put my name on a wait list at a senior community and was given an expectation of 1 1/2 to 4 years wait. Long story short, an opening at the senior community I was looking at came up after only 2 months, so I had to decide quickly on what I wanted to do. I decided to go ahead with this and let Aaron and Kristi know that my plans had changed and I would need to get started right away on selling rather than having years to plan. They were able to explain my options to me in plain english, and even though I was biased towards "as is" selling to hurry things along, they made it clear to me that traditional listing would be a better choice for my situation and they could make it work out for me, with a better price and in my best interest. I already liked talking with them and decided to put my trust in them as well and let them handle the sale aspect of the house and I would concentrate on decluttering and moving my stuff out asap (I wanted to concentrate on my move to a new home in the senior community I had selected). Their experience really showed. They ran a few things by me for my ok, (and their recommendations were right on target) but they took care of all the planning and all the many details. Trusting them to know how to do this right really took the stress out of this for me, it had all happened so fast once the opportunity opened up on the wait list. They have a great team and the leadership of their team and their connection and ability to communicate with others was apparent (the city government, the community, vendors, and other sales agents). This all made the process and follow up seem seamless. From start to finish I felt included and engaged in the process even though they were the clear leaders in getting this job done.
