We have nothing but praise regarding our realtor, Mark Griswold! My husband and I were interested in relocating to an area closer to our daughter. We were unfamiliar with where to look. We did know that we wanted to downsize from a 2 story,3/4-acre home to a smaller rambler. Mark Griswold was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Once he knew our parameters, he diligently researched homes within our requirements. Communication was frequent and he never hesitated on taking us to many listings of homes for sale until we found one to our satisfaction. We called Mark off of a listing when we first came out here in June 2022. We looked at several houses because we kept having needs that were changing.
