I needed to sell my sister's house in Savannah, GA. I met Mark through a friend of my sister who has known Mark for over 30 years and who sold many of her husband's properties. Mark helped me step by step by providing me the name of my probate attorney, the house appraiser, and any other things that needed to be done to get my sister's house ready to sell. Any time I had a question I called Mark and he helped me and told me what to do. I received my letters testamentary on 11/20/25 making me the executor of my sister's estate. I called Mark, and he listed my sister's house on 11/21/25. My sister's house was on the market for only 18 days when Mark had a contract on it - we closed on 12/30/25. A nice young man bought her house and I know that my sister would be smiling knowing that the house she loved so much for 29 years went to a good home.
