Savannah’s rolling three-month housing snapshot shows more listings and steady activity flowing through the pipeline. Active listings are up more than 16% year over year, while homes sold have risen nearly 8% and pending sales are up more than 18%, indicating more buyers are getting properties under contract even with higher inventory.
