Mark Vilas was absolutely outstanding and went over and above what I expected from an agent. I had to sell a vacant house remotely, while living in another state. Before I started the process, I thought I would have to travel back to the Cincinnati area at least once or twice in order to sell the house. As it turns out, I never had to travel at all. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the local market. He provided tips and referrals that allowed me to efficiently gain additional information I needed and quickly make necessary decisions. He helped me figure out which small home improvements were needed to give the home more curb and walk-through appeal, assisted in getting the advertising correct, and answered questions I had relative to the local market and pricing, which allowed me to make good decisions about an initial list price. The house sold the first day it was officially listed. He even represented me at the closing so that I would not have to appear in person or have documents shipped to my home to obtain remote signatures.

The whole experience left me feeling like I could have never done it without his guidance and assistance, especially in the amount of time that we actually accomplished everything from first phone call introduction to final closing. I feel like I have made a friend in the process. In fact, I plan to look him up and thank him in person when I eventually have the opportunity to get back to the area for a visit.

I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone I know planning to sell a home in his coverage area.
