When ready to list, Mark had comparables and a strategy. Within days we had offers. After working thru the offers pursued the best offer resulting in a quick sale within the objective. My wife and I interviewed a few agents they all declined our request for representation. I had bought my residence through Mark five years prior. We were getting on to our second baby and were needing an upgrade. Mark and Stephanie lined up a buyer within one day of listing. The purchase got held up in underwriting due to issues with the buyer's self-employment. Mark and Stephanie were very transparent and helped us understand the process. Their persistence pushed us over the goal line and got the house sold!

Mark was recommended to my husband and I by a close friend of ours, who had just bought a home through Mark. Mark was very quick to assist and told us things to watch out for as we looked through a variety of houses. When we were ready to put in an offer in a house that had an hour until the offers were due to the seller, Mark and his team worked very quickly to make sure we could get all of the signatures needed for the paperwork. Although we did not end up getting that house, Mark and his team worked just as hard throughout the remainder of this process with us. They were all very easy to get ahold of with any questions/concerns and they were all transparent about how the process was moving.
