We weren't from the area, even a little bit.. and we were struggling to find a home for our family in a new town, new area and when we reached out to other Realtors, we never got an answer back. Marko answered us right away and was willing to meet up with us in many different towns to find us our home. Right off the hop, he was super friendly, so supportive, learnt what we liked and disliked in homes and wanted what was best for us and our kids. We would send him homes and he would send us reports and previous notes about the home which helped us tremendously when it came to driving to these towns to a home we wouldn't end up liking. Then... We found the one. Well, Marko and my husband did. They did the tour, did the inspection, and the whole experience he was there and checking in on us and even on the day we recieved the keys... Marko and Mike were fantastic! They did a great job setting up viewings and organizing travel as not to waste time. Marko had great knowledge of the area and quickly tuned in to our likes and dislikes. He was punctual and kept us informed of delays, which were few. Marko informed us of all next steps in the buying process and provided information on fair market values of the homes we were interested in. Negotiation was painless and kept us informed of progress even though he was out of town on a personal trip. Wonderful, personable realtors! They come highly recommended by us.
