Matthew is very knowledgeable as a broker,
He told us what to expect and what needed to be done to get the most of what we were asking for. He guided us every step of the way and made me feel comfortable through the process. He is very reliable and always kept me informed throughout the sale of the house. I would highly recommend him him to all my friends and will use him in the future for the purchase of my second home. I can definitely say he is a great asset to your company.

Mathew was different, he listened; more importantly he cared what my needs were & he layed out a comprehensive plan for me(one that made sense & was comprehesible to me without the Real Estate Jargon)

Matthew Schnepf is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professionals I have ever met. As a first time home buyer, he made a daunting endeavor--seamless!

Having grown up in the area where I purchased by home, there was no one better I could count on than Matthew. He gave me sound advice when considering properties, submitting offers, and at the time of inspection. He was super attentive and responsive: he knew exactly what my family and I were looking for and relentlessly advocated for us when we found the right home in a cut throat market and throughout the entire process. He acted promptly and ensured everyone involved was doing their part to facilitate the closing. He answered any question throughout this process and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were happy with our purchase.
