I cannot imagine this townhome purchase would have closed without the tremendous assistance of Meghan Matheson. While visiting Albuquerque for Christmas 2025, we found a second home and made an offer, but we were scheduled to leave town just two days later. Meghan managed every aspect of the long-distance negotiations with great success, but her support didn’t end there. Throughout the three-week closing process, Meghan remained actively involved—not only with the title company and the selling broker, but most importantly to us, with the contractors we needed after receiving a challenging inspection report. We met Meghan at an open house. She took the time to learn what we were looking for and what location. Shortly after she contacted us about a possible property we might be interested in. Though she represented the seller, she took the time to answer all our questions and resolve our concerns.
