This was our first time buying a home. We are both queer women serving in the US Air Force and on assignments in different locations. So our #1 priority was to find a realtor who was familiar with our situation but also someone we could relate to and would understand our family. Melanie VanBuskirk met every requirement we were looking for in a realtor and so much more. She was patient with our crazy schedules and different timezones, really listened to and understood what we wanted throughout the process and always fought for our best interest. She exudes such fierceness, professionalism, and knowledge in everything she does. No detail was missed and we appreciated her dedication along the way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, no hesitation!

I didn't really do anything, she did it all..She put my house on every social media, did open house, a video walk thru and went and retook pics as well.she even helped put the trim on a floor! She said it would help sell it and it did...Yes, she actually did the trim....
