We bought a property quite aways from her home turf and she came prepared with everything needed for us to submit a contract. My husband mentioned a couple of items he would like to stay with property but we didn't put in contract but Melissa always looking out for her client added them for us. She's very responsive to calls and text. Wants to help, easy to get along with, and has a drive like no other to support you all the way till signing your dream home. She is easy going, but also a fighter. We had another real estate agent a year before Melissa and we felt like the other agent didn't know anything, terrible offers and a lot of "I'm not sure".
