From day one to meeting Mike, to the closing day with Serenity, everything was handled in a professional and friendly manner. Mike took our wants and needs for the house for mom, Clara, and made sure every house he showed had those features. We had a great time during the showings with multiple different family members and he welcomed everyone with open arms. He also pointed things out that could be an issue in the long run of homes that we appreciated. He was very personable and showed that he wanted to get moms final home that she would love. Mike was also always available for us and our questions which was very important for us because we were moving from California to South Carolina, with the time difference we were worried it would be difficult, but Mike never made it seem like any problem at all. He made the move as seamless than he could for us, and we had a great time looking at homes and working with him throughout the process.

We definitely made the right choice. My original concern was that he was young and I did not know how much experience he would bring to the table. He believed our house was worth more than most of the other brokers that we interviewed and we would have left 10s of thousands on the table if we chose most of the others.

Mike was recommended to us by a friend and even though we know a good many agents we went with Mike. He was so professional, keep us updated, was willing to help in anyway. After the inspection we wanted to fix a few things on the house and Mike and Elizabeth referred some contractors and basically drove that process. The contractors were good, timely and finished on time. The whole experience was wonderful and we would do it all over again the same way. You will not go wrong using Mike as your agent he is on it!

During our initial meeting, we discussed our desire to not be rushed and some of our desires in the selection of our new home. After meeting with Mike, we were comfortable with him.

Mike and his assistant, Elizabeth, were very helpful and did little things for us that made our moving experience less stressful....for example, sitting with our dog during inspections and visits when we were unable to care for the dog.

They guided us and provided timely responses and input.

Mike was attentive to our needs and was patient while we got ready to sell. He offered helpful advise on what repairs/improvements that were needed prior to listing the house. Once the house was listed it sold quickly (first people that saw it bought it). During the negotiation of the sale Mike offered sound advice, but was not pushy and let you make your decision.

Mike went above and beyond. I have bought and sold many homes in my life, mike is up there at the top. Would definately call him again when I sell or interested in buying. Will recommend to all friends and family.

First of all, I moved here from another state and was paired up with an agent through the VA. Wasn’t very happy with them so I looked elsewhere. Found another agent who really seemed like she just wanted to sell me the first house. Finally we had some friends recommend Mike, and good thing. Mike was absolutely awesome. Extremely quick to respond and answer my questions. I flipped flopped several times with my search criteria and even backed out of a contract, he understood and kept working to get me into my house.

10/10 for Mike. Will 100% recommend him to anyone in the area, and I’ll be using him again in the future.
