Mike was very kind and caring throughout our home buying experience. It is my husband and I's first home together so we had many, many questions and he was patient with us and answered all of them. Mike was also always available for us and our questions which was very important for us because we were moving from California to South Carolina, with the time difference we were worried it would be difficult, but Mike never made it seem like any problem at all. We would highly recommend him to any friends or family looking for a realtor in his area. He made the move as seamless than he could for us, and we had a great time looking at homes and working with him throughout the process.

We definitely made the right choice. My original concern was that he was young and I did not know how much experience he would bring to the table. He believed our house was worth more than most of the other brokers that we interviewed and we would have left 10s of thousands on the table if we chose most of the others.

Mike and his assistant Serenity went above and beyond by being responsive and staying ahead of everything that needed to be done to sell and close the house. Mike surprised me with his knowledge and experience every step of the way.

I would highly recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house.

There is no comparison to Mike and his talent as a very capable and responsible agent. He came prepared with a plan. He executed the plan while still being flexible when needed. He had a very good understanding of what was important to us through many conversations. He is a professional with critical communication and area knowledge.

We have and will continue to recommend Mike to anyone. We would tell folks to give him a call, the way Mike conducts himself you will always want him in your corner as we do!

Mike Matulis is a phenomenal realtor. He is extremely approachable and knowledgeable, he sincerely cares about you and your needs, and he always has your best interest at heart. With this being my first time buying a home, I was pretty clueless and anxious about the whole process, but Mike calmed my nerves and made this one of the best experiences I've ever had. He and his wonderful team ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish. Even with his busy schedule, Mike always made time to work with me, and he checked up on me regularly to see if I had any questions or needed help with anything, never once making me feel burdensome or annoying. I learned a lot from him and am so happy I chose him as my realtor.
