Mike was recommended to us by a friend and even though we know a good many agents we went with Mike. He was so professional, keep us updated, was willing to help in anyway. After the inspection we wanted to fix a few things on the house and Mike and Elizabeth referred some contractors and basically drove that process. The contractors were good, timely and finished on time. The whole experience was wonderful and we would do it all over again the same way. You will not go wrong using Mike as your agent he is on it!

Mike was attentive to our needs and was patient while we got ready to sell. He offered helpful advise on what repairs/improvements that were needed prior to listing the house. Once the house was listed it sold quickly (first people that saw it bought it). During the negotiation of the sale Mike offered sound advice, but was not pushy and let you make your decision.

Mike's marketing says he is the hardest working Realtor in Columbia. This isn't false advertising. He is driven to succeed and goes way beyond the expectations. He could claim nto be the best realtor in Columbia and I would gladly sign out on this change. By far the best realtor I've dealt with in my 40 years of purchasing houses and investment properties. It is hard to find anyone with his work ethic at any age but to find it in someone so in their 20's is truly a great find. First of all, I moved here from another state and was paired up with an agent through the VA. Wasn’t very happy with them so I looked elsewhere. Found another agent who really seemed like she just wanted to sell me the first house. Finally we had some friends recommend Mike, and good thing. Mike was absolutely awesome. Extremely quick to respond and answer my questions. I flipped flopped several times with my search criteria and even backed out of a contract, he understood and kept working to get me into my house.

10/10 for Mike. Will 100% recommend him to anyone in the area, and I’ll be using him again in the future.

Michael Matulis is the man!! He got me way over asking on my house and was able to find me a house to close and move in to. Very professional, upfront, and knowledgeable about what he is doing. He was very helpful and awesome throughout the entire process from looking for houses to closing.

I was kept in the loop about everything, made aware of issues, and explained in detail of paperwork etc.

Mike worked with me selling my home before purchasing a new home. Him and Liz were wonderful to work with. He is always available and helpful. Inspections and making sure things are completed and correct are important to a buyer. He made sure this was taken care of with his team.
