My wife and I were interested in a house on Zillow. Zillow has an option to connect you with an agent to see a house. We were connected with Mike Matulis. We were not seeking an agent at that time. However, Mike's professional but open/friendly nature and his commitment to showing us other houses in a timely manner made it an easy decision to have him as our agent and help us purchase the house we wanted.

I would highly recommend Mike. You will feel like he's someone you've known him for years and you will feel very comfortable that he is working hard for you.

Mike Matulis at Century 21 was outstanding! He was able to listen to our needs and find us something perfect in a matter of days. I was connected with Mike Matulis by chance, via website in scheduling a viewing of a home of interest. Mr. Matulis was very professional and knowledgeable, yet personable as well, and explained the process on our first meeting together. Mr. Matulis also took the time to listen to what my needs and desires were in looking for a new home and was prompt in additional follow-up as we started the adventure together in search for my new home.
