I really can’t say enough about Michael. Being a first time home-buyer can be an incredibly overwhelming process, but he kept us grounded! He provided helpful insights and was always consistently available. When we were struggling with our mortgage lender he helped give us the language to advocate for ourselves. Honestly, without him we wouldn’t have been able to buy a home! He was the best part of our home buying process :)

Michael was amazing helping us find a home! In a tough market, he helped us get sellers credit and a lower price. He’s very responsive and was always there to assist when needed! He was also able to point out things that would be more costly for us to fix in the future during showings, which was amazing insight as first time homebuyers. Could not recommend enough!

Michael was fantastic! From the very beginning, Michael was informative and very knowledgeable. This was mine and my husband's first home purchase, so we had a lot of questions come up during the process that Michael was able to answer! He set up a daily email so that we would get houses that matched our criteria in our inbox each morning - we actually found our house in one of those emails! Michael also created a group chat with my husband and I so that we could all stay on the same page. I really appreciated that Michael was just a text away! When we were touring houses, we really liked that he was honest with us - we saw a house that we liked, but unfortunately would have needed a major plumbing overhaul. He was upfront with us and went over the costs that it would have taken to replace that and determined that it wasn't worth it. We would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Atlanta area! He really went above & beyond to help us find our first house.

Last year my husband and I were tired of renting and figured we would look into buying a house. We knew Michael and had followed his real estate journey and would reach out to him from time to time with different questions before we made the decision to finally buy. No matter the time of day Michael was always willing to provide us with advice and guidance and then when the day finally came for us to buy, he wasted no time laying out all the information we'd need. He was patient with us since this was our first home, but also was very clear and direct about things we needed to be prepared for. We'll definitely use Michael down the line for our next sale/purchase and we'll also continue to recommend him to our friends.

5 months ago our home was destroyed by Hurricane Micheal. We were forced to relocate to atlanta to regroup and start over. A few days ago we started looking into moving back to florida, but we kept encountering potential scams and con artists while trying to rent from out of state. So I reached out to micheal for advise on how to avoid being taking advantage of. Even though he wasnt our agent he took time out of his busy schedule to help, advise and guide us. Today we found an apartment and we will soon be back in paradise where we belong. Thanks to micheal we dont have to worry about scammers or being taken advantage of. I will forever be grateful to him and anyone lucky enough to have him represent them shouldn't expect anything but extraordinary service and integrity. Thanks again Micheal!
