Justin and Naima Cothran

We chose Naima and Justin Cothran and could not have had better service. The service they provided up front with staging, painting, cleaning the house and removing furniture was exceptional. We also really appreciated their offer to have any furniture donated to a women's shelter and took advantage of it. The house sold in a little over 60 days and although it seemed like a long sixty days, given the summer season and the fact that mortgage rates went up during that time we felt that we were quite fortunate with the timeline. The sale of the house was accomplished on a very short timeframe at the buyer's request. The bulk of the work was done over the August long weekend. Naima and Justin really came through for us and the result was WOW service. We would highly recommend them. We found them to be honest, responsive, and hard working.

When I contacted Agent Pronto, they gave a list of realtors. First was Naima & Justin Cothran from Royal Lepage and within 10 minutes of talking to them, I knew they were the agents for me. Justin & Naima went above and beyond. I did refer them to my daughter and my friend who also sold and bought from them!
