This was a difficult sale because I was out of town, and Nick Supik was amazing throughout, going far above and beyond what would have been expected. Last minute damage to the house, last minute offers or changes to offers didn't faze him, and he fixed the problems, kept me up-to-date and involved throughout, and was never stressed.

Nick was professional and represented us fairly. He was responsive to our questions and concerns. He was very helpful in guiding us through he process, letting us what to expect and helped work through various steps in the process. He is a problem solver. Any obstacle that came up he had a positive attitude and helped develop a plan to work through it. He has good contacts in the industry to help us through the process including building inspector/contractor and structural engineer.

The product Nick produced to present the property was very professional and represented the property very well. The suggestions to prepare the property, the photography, and aerial photos were very good. He is a very hard worker.

Nick had amazing attention to detail. He kept us involved every step of the way but removed as much burden as he could. He was honest yet professional with this opinions and recommendations. There was so much paper work and steps during the process but he broke it down for us so it was easier to digest. Nick also had great contacts for each step that were personable and friendly to deal with as well.

Nick made this experience enjoyable for us. We wenting into it assuming it would be stressful and a struggle at times. Nick kept a positive attitude which in turn kept us positive. He checked in regularly with us and was constantly checking in to see how we were feeling and what our threshold was. In addition, he gave us honest opinions when we asked for it. Not once did we feel like we were talking to a "sales guy."

I was impressed from day one. Nick sought me out the day my property came off the market from the other realtor. He did everything he said he would. I was impressed and thank him for all his hard work.

From the pictures he took to the number of sites my property was appearing on I couldn’t ask for anything better. He was wxcellent.

Nick was a real pleasure to work with. At times I would become frustrated with no showings...no offers...upcoming inspections and Nick was very considerate when he had to deal with me. He was very understanding with my worries or frustrations. He knows the area, was honest about listing and always in communications with us. Nick was referred to us by a family member and has stuck with us for a few years of indecisiveness in buying and selling our home. Nick Supik was fantastic. This real estate deal was small (under $25K purchase price) but extremely time consuming on Nick's part due to the fact that the home was a bank foreclosure. Nick called each Tuesday morning to update me on the status. He is available whenever I had questions. Finally, he is very knowledgeable of the real estate sales process in general and especially the intricacies of foreclosed real estate.

Nick is great to work with, always congenial and upbeat.

Everything that was within Nick's control went absolutely smoothly.

Always there when we needed him with good follow-up.
