It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole from day 1. She had a through knowledge of the condo process and accurately discussed the best pricing for our unit. She did an excellent job describing the unit and had a very good person take pictures and video which all brought in many interested buyer and multiple offers. She kept us informed throughout the process, scheduling buyers to visit, presenting offers and following through to the final signing. Since we were not there she even went over the day of closing to collect the cable boxes and modem and send them back to Comcast. I would not hesitate a second to use Nicole again should the opportunity arise.
