She used her contacts to clear the house of all furniture, and then coordinated a number of repairs that the home needed before we could put it up for sale. When financing hit a snag, she was able to find a new lender that approved the buyers loan. During the process we had a number of issues, however Nicole resolved each and everyone of them.
