Michael and Nicole were not the realtors that we were working with but my husband and I recently bought a home that they had listed. As per usual with these type of things there were a few minor issues. With each one that came up Michael and Nicole immediately went to work to get it resolved in the fastest and best way possible. We didn't personally meet Michael but we saw some of the work he put in through emails etc... We did meet Nicole who was very friendly and professional. She took what could have been a really bad situation at Closing and made it a positive situation for everyone involved. She had everything under control and on the way to being resolved within a matter of minutes all while remaining calm, professional, and respectful.
