Nicole helped look over contracts for potential buys and potential builds to ensure that we would be well taken care of. Nicole saved us out of a home with very costly issues and ensured our deposit was payed back to us and she handled it very gracefully and all relationships between buyers and salers were in good standing which I feel is very admirable and shows Nicoles wonderful grace in any situation handling your home.
