From start to finish, I literally worried about nothing because she was on top of every detail. She took the time to break down everything for me, explaining even the things I hadn’t thought of, which helped me feel confident and informed every step of the way.

She went above and beyond by providing me with a list of trusted mortgage lenders, lawyers, and other resources, making the process so much easier. When I wanted to change my mind or explore other options, she was more than happy to drive me around and show me different properties without hesitation.

What truly impressed me was that even while expecting her first child, Odalis gave me her undivided attention and support throughout the entire process. She also negotiated a great price for the unit, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, she helped me fill out my application and even delivered paperwork to the management department on my behalf, making everything seamless and stress-free.

Her transparency, calm demeanor, and willingness to listen to all of my concerns (and even my venting moments!) made this experience a positive one.
