We bidded on our house and went into contract as hurricane Florence was approaching and hit the area, Oscar and his staff kept us informed on how the house and area were affected with text messages, phone calls and pictures to ensure we were still satisfied with our house and our pending closing date September 28th. It was very reassuring to be kept informed of everything.
