“I had an amazing experience working with Sherry. From start to finish, she made the home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Sherry was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to answer my questions. Their guidance helped me find the perfect home, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Sherry Pitman to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Chris on the purchase of my home. I was relocating from another state. He made the process easy by doing virtual walk-throughs to make sure the homes were as advertised and proactively communicating any new information. He was knowledgeable regarding the Wilmington, NC area. Chris was extremely professional, kind and trustworthy. I recommend Chris for all your real estate needs.”
“Judy was very experienced and professional. She was also very personable and friendly, as well as prompt with returning phone calls, text messages, etc.”
“Wow, where to begin?! My husband and I have been on a roller coaster with both selling and building. We would have pulled our hair out or chosen an appointment to be done with it all, if it was not for Jennifer. At literally every turn, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure she was our voice with the builder! When my husband deployed, Jennifer made sure to educate me and walk me through all the steps for Power of Attorney and closing. Every recommendation from fencing, inspection, to dinner proved to be perfect matches for us! I will forever be in Jennifer's debt.”
“Liz was my saving grace in a chaotic journey of selling my house. She was patient, communicative, and worked hard with marketing and communication with buyers agents. She was a recommendation of a friend who I have thanked 10000 times. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.”
“I highly recommend Pam Wooddell for all your real estate needs. Her expertise, professionalism, and dedication has always exceeded my expectations. She guides one through the process with ease and achieved fantastic results. A top-notch realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients.”

“Oscar was great to deal. I will use him to buy my next home.”
“Terri i Parrish is no longer my Realtor....she is my friend! She "held my hand" through a difficult process for me as I am older and not as strong as I have been. She brought me coffee on the days the gas had been stopped and not restarted. She helped me move my belongings to storage! She returned every one of my frantic calls and soothed my concerns. She made sure every i was dotted and t crossed on every document. I must say that if one needs compassion in a Realtor and skills to sell, call Terri. I have one more to sell and she will be the listing agent!”
“She was wonderful to work with, and I could not have asked for a smoother process!”
“Dave Robertson was very patient and got the job done! He was very positive and professional throughout this experience!”
