This was my first home buying experience with Patrick Kim, and I rate Patrick with a 5+ star. Patrick exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I were very active in this process with Patrick. Patrick now has a dual license in solar which was a tremendous help. Navigating the transfer of solar contracts is overwhelming, complicated, and a headache. Patrick simultaneously navigated the transfer of our old solar contracts and transferred our new solar contracts without having to call someone else. Patrick confirmed that we were not being roped into an overpriced contract and easily provided us with instant knowledge of PG&E rate changes along with new laws and regulations. The best part about Patrick is you can simply give him a call and he will gladly assist you in making the best decision for you and your family. Hopefully, we never have to move again, but if we do again Patrick is an easy choice.
