My name is Patrick Rebman. I am Co-Owner/Broker of Chippewa Valley Real Estate. I have been in Real Estate for almost 20 years. Starting as an investor in the early 2000s and then moving into sales in 2011. I work with both Buyers and Sellers and have spent a lot of time working with the Medical Community, Vacation/Investment Vacation Home Buyers/Sellers, Residential Investors (I also am Co-Owner of Chippewa Valley Property Management) and High-End Listings. With over 10 years of experience about the only market I would not consider myself experienced in is Commercial Sales.
