I'm Brad Bemowski, a Realtor since 2015 and a licensed real estate broker since 2023, dual-licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I started Homcentric because I kept seeing people get handed off to someone they'd never met right when things got complicated. When you work with me, you work with me, start to finish. No team, no handoff.

I work in Eau Claire and the surrounding Chippewa Valley. My job is to make sure you actually understand what's happening in your transaction and why—not just get told to "sign here." That means walking you through the process before you need it, giving you a straight answer even when it's not the one you were hoping for, and making sure you're never guessing what happens next.

I'm also an SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), so if downsizing or a later-in-life move feels complicated or emotionally loaded, that's exactly the kind of conversation I'm built for.
