We were referred to Patty by a close friend who had worked with her before. They had Patty help them both sell and buy a house and had wonderful experiences with her so we went ahead and called her and we are so glad we did because we had a wonderful experience with her as well! We were first time home buyers and we had no idea what we were doing and no experience with the process. We also had heard stories about how stressful and difficult home buying can be but Patty made it a breeze! She is one of those people that you meet and instantly feel comfortable with but she maintains a high level of professionalism. She is very organized and attentive to details. She was great at listening to our needs or concerns and offering suggestions or advice. She always responded to our emails or phone calls in a very timely manner even on nights and weekends and communicated everything to us as soon as it came to her. So, we were never in the dark about anything. She was very patient and kind answering all of our questions even when they were repetitive. We were getting a USDA loan and wanted an older house with character and some land and Patty could tell us right away when we went to look at houses if the house would qualify for the USDA loan or not and was able to explain why. She was also able to warn us on things that could potentially be an issue with the underwriters so we knew what to expect. She was right on about them too because some of the issues came up but we expected them and she knew just how to handle them. The people that we bought the house from had a realtor that could be difficult to communicate with and seemed to push back a lot on routine things like inspections and information requests but Patty was awesome at maintaining a kind and professional demeanor with her while also nudging her to get information that we needed to keep the process moving. She definitely has a gift! All this tied with her knowledge and experience seriously made us SO glad that we were able to work with her. We would recommend her to anyone and would definitely work with her again. We are so beyond thankful for Patty and cannot say enough how great she is!

I would recommend Patty to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Patty is helpful and very knowledgeable in her field. I would use Patty again for buying or selling a house.
